There are now, a plethora of crystals and minerals for healing available for us to use. With 12 main chakras, 7 chakras within our physical body and 5 main chakras outside our physical making up our etheric bodies, selecting only ten (10) crystals is actually not easy. Clear Quartz, Lepidolite, Selenite, Seraphinite, Sugilite, Smoky Quartz, Rhodochrosite, Larimar, Kyanite and Calcite are the 10 healing crystals that I would start with in a healing kit.
Clear Quartz because it is the most versatile, it is pure white light containing all the other colours within it. Its nature is to store and amplify energy, so you can programme it to work with your intent (in this case, healing).
Kyanite works with you only holding it, bringing your etheric bodies into alignment so you are no longer scattered but centered. Its ability to instantaneously centre allows you to get on with you day as you quickly integrate all your aspects.
Selenite creates a 2 way flow through your energetic bodies like a column of pure white light. This light charges up the other stones, releases blocks within your aura and heals the body at a cellular level.
Seraphinite is wonderful for cleansing your physical body, meridians and aura. Its pure healing energy flows through your system, to regenerate your cells with its light. It assists the body absorb vitamins. Great for those who need insight as to how to bring about change as it clearly show you where you are at.
Sugilite increases healing energies bringing balance, by cleansing, strengthening and extending the aura. A great stone for relieving headaches and pain, especially Sugilite with Manganese in it.
Smoky Quartz releases blocks and tension by dissolving negative energies while highlighting the reason they came about. When working with the higher frequencies within the body using Smoky Quartz brings balance on all levels and grounds the energy.
Rhodochrosite works to create platforms for us to live a life filled with love and balance. It purifies, releases and transforms. It can prevent sickness by working with the energy of love, which in turn purifies our physical.
Larimar works to purify in a gentle, yet powerful and supportive way to let go of the old and embrace the new. It works through all levels of our energetic bodies, right down to the cellular level anchoring the healing energies.
Lepidolite helps us attune to our vibration or energetic bodies. A stress reliever, that supports us through times of transition by reorganising our old programmes. It brings peace to our emotions, relaxes and releases tension which allows healing energies to flow through us.
Calcite is an amplifier of energy, that clears and activates our chakras. It holds within in it the memory of our perfection and projects this into our auric field so we have something to resonate with.
